Entry is open to all sailors who are financial members of a State (QIODA, NSWIODA etc.) or National International Optimist Dinghy Association and members of a club affiliated with Australian Sailing or another World Sailing Member National Authority.

A regatta shirt is included for all participants. Note that due to order lead times with the shirt supplier, only registrations completed before 9th November 2026 can be assured a shirt be delivered at the regatta. Later registrations will still be provided with a shirt but it may be delivered following the event. Accordingly, registration before 9th November is recommended. Adults may also order a shirt, please be sure to indicate size and add option during registration. 

Competitors are required to submit as part of online registration:

• Regatta shirt size (as applicable - see shirt size charts below in files)
• Completed "QIODA Optimist Dinghy Safety Check List" (or present in-person at regatta registration)
• Current Insurance Details 

Open and Intermediate Competitors should also submit:

• Registration book (or present in person at regatta registration)

Registrations close 23rd November 2026. Late registrations after 23rd November 2026 will be accepted, however, a late fee of $50 will apply.

Onsite camping is available for a small fee, please contact the the Club to organise an allocation or to ask any questions.
